Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, a specialist in carcinogen research, revealed the fact that reheating foods causes cancer.

Al-Khudairi said through his account on the X platform: It is not true at all that reheating some foods causes cancer.

He explained that the person who said that memorized or transmitted it from foreign sites, but he did not understand and translated it incorrectly, indicating that the warning against re-cooking it a second time is because it loses its nutritional value and it may be unhealthy, but it does not cause cancer.

He stressed that there is no warning against reheating at a normal temperature to make it hot and palatable to eat, and not re-cooking to the point of boiling. Likewise, heating bread or any food does not make it harmful, and there is no scientific opinion. It is all the talk of obsessed people who like to raise opinions in order to gain fame and increase followers, so do not believe them because you do not cook it once. In other cases, it is sufficient to heat only, and this does not make heating any food harmful, (but do not re-cook it and heat it to boiling).
