If clowns have been considered as figures who bring happiness and joy, this is not the case with the story in the song.

The 5th single from Meiska Adinda was created by Raguel Lewi, Mytha Lestari, Andre Lizt from Eltandre.

According to him, the song Badut tells the story of someone who cannot think clearly when he loves his partner.

“The story is about a girl who loves her boyfriend too much until she becomes stupid because she wants to accompany the boy who still has past trauma. In other words, this girl becomes a ‘clown’ who only entertains the boy in times of illness,” said Meiska Adinda, Wednesday (24/4).

The singer who was born on May 20 2003 not only sings, but also contributes by contributing several lyrics to the song Badut.

In terms of song genre, Meiska Adinda returns to present a pop ballad, after previously featuring RnB pop on her fourth single, Telat Cemburu.

“People have often asked me, when will I make a pop ballad song, that’s why I chose this song as the fifth single. Considering that I have often sung this genre, so the process from start to recording itself didn’t experience any significant obstacles,” he explained.
