Renap will have extended hours on Saturday the 27th in selected offices nationwide

In an effort to provide care to Guatemalans after hours, select offices of the Renap They will be providing care in extended schedule, to carry out three types of procedures. The measure will be implemented in offices distributed throughout the national territory on Saturday, April 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The procedures that can be carried out during this day include obtaining and renewing the Personal Identification Document -DPI-, registrations and issuance of certifications.

Mobile day in zone 12

In addition to the care that will be provided on Saturday until the afternoon, Renap also shared that it will be carrying out a mobile day in zone 12 of Guatemala City. This initiative will take place on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Plaza Atanasio Shopping Center, located on Avenida Petapa 51-57 zone 12 of Guatemala City.

During these days, attention will be provided for IPR procedures and issuance of registration certifications, offering comfort and accessibility to those who cannot go to the offices mentioned above.

Option to carry out procedures from home or office

In addition to these in-person options, the National Registry of Persons also promotes the completion of online procedures through its digital platform. Both the eportal.renap.gob.gt web portal and the Renap SE application offer a convenient alternative to carry out various procedures from the comfort of your home or any other place where you are. Among the services available include the request for certifications, replacement of IPR and the possibility of making payments by deposit, credit or debit card.
