The deadline for requesting the rental bonus expires on 6 September. The refreshment is reserved for homeowners who have reduced the rent paid by the tenant. The contribution corresponds to 50% of the decreasing renegotiations and has a maximum value of 1,200 euros for each lessor. The bonus is provided for all types of contracts, both for ordinary schemes and with coupon payments. The property must be located in a municipality with a high residential voltage, in the neighboring municipalities or in the provincial capitals. The bonus is reserved for contracts in place on 29 October 2020 and renegotiated between December 2020 and December 2021. The owner can apply to the Revenue Agency only electronically; the bonus will be paid in 2022.
