The Academia Internacional de Cinema (AIC) announces those selected for the scholarships for the first semester of 2023. In all, the school received more than 350 scholarship applications, with the majority of participants from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and it would be very good if all requests could be fulfilled.
For the first time, AIC has launched two different selection processes, one of which grants full scholarships (100% free) for black and black students and another that grants partial scholarships (up to 50% discount on monthly fees) for technical courses and free training.
To select the participants, a commission of AIC collaborators analyzed the videos and letters sent, in addition to other points such as the candidate’s educational and professional background, expectations regarding training in the intended area, in addition to the family’s socioeconomic situation.

Important informations:
- Scholarship holders will be contacted by our team so that registration can be carried out over the next 15 days.
- Some courses, such as the soundtrack, do not have a class launched yet for the first semester, which is why we selected more than one person for the same course, in this case, an online script.
- New fellows will be called for the second semester – end of July. If you were not selected for the first semester, you can still be called for the second, stay tuned.
- Partial scholarship holders will have up to 10 days to register, after being contacted, if the registration is not carried out, new people will be called.
