Rosatom bought 100,000 licenses of the Russian equivalent of Microsoft Office

The fact that Rosatom has acquired a large package of licenses for the Myoffice product, the domestic analogue of Microsoft Office, was told to Vedomosti by a source familiar with the negotiations. He did not specify the exact number of licenses and the amount of the transaction, but noted that this transaction is “comparable to the one that VTB closed in June 2022.”

A representative of the state corporation confirmed to Vedomosti that Rosatom had acquired licenses from the developer Moyofis.

As Pavel Kalyakin, General Director of Moyofis, specified to Vedomosti, the total number of licenses purchased by Rosatom is 100,000. 35,000 were purchased in 2020–2021. and MyOffice Professional. Of the 100,000 licenses, 66,000 are the basic package and 34,000 are the advanced. Whether these were perpetual licenses or not, and whether they involve technical support, Kalyakin did not specify. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
