As the cheaper version of the Royal Enfield Himalayan bike, the Scram 411 bike does not feature a secondary fender, taller windscreen or wraparound frame. There is also a single-piece seat instead of split seats. The rear luggage rack has been removed and the rear lights have been removed. Like the Royal Enfield Himalayan, the Scram 411 is powered by a 411 cc single cylinder LS410 oil-cooled engine that produces 24 PS of power and 32 Nm of torque. It is also expected to have the capacity to lift objects the same size as the Himalayas.

Compared to the Royal Enfield Himalayan, the new Royal Enfield Scram 411 is expected to be a bit more affordable as it omits many features. The starting price is expected to be around Rs 2.01 lakh (ex-showroom).
