On the night of Monday, October 30, Russian troops again attacked the territory of Ukraine. The air defense managed to shoot down all 14 hostile targets – two X-59 missiles and 12 kamikaze drones.

In preparing the material, the following sources were used: the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Telegram channels of the heads of the Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev and Kirovograd OSA Sergei Lysak, Vitaly Kim and Andrei Raikovich.
Thus, on the night of October 30, 2023, the invaders attacked with 12 Shahed-type attack UAVs and two X-59 guided aircraft missiles.
“All 14 enemy air targets were destroyed by air defense,” the Air Force notes, adding that enemy targets were shot down, in particular, within the Nikolaev, Kherson, Kirovograd, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
At the same time, the X-59 missiles were launched from enemy aircraft from the airspace of the temporarily occupied Zaporozhye region, and the “martyrs” flew from the south-eastern direction – Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF).
Details attacks
Dnipropetrovsk region
At night, air defense forces shot down two enemy missiles in the sky over the region.
“Debris collapsed in the Dneprovsky district. A five-story building, a private house and a car were damaged there,” said the head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA, Sergei Lysak.
Nikolaevkskaya area
Air defense also worked over the Nikolaev region – five hostile Shahed-131/136 UAVs were destroyed.
“As a result of falling debris from one of the downed UAVs, a fire broke out in the warehouse of a farm in the Bashtansky district,” noted the head of the Nikolaev ODA Vitaly Kim, clarifying that the fire was promptly extinguished and there were no casualties.
Kirovograd region
At night, air defense worked in the sky and over the Kirovograd region.
“The night is restless. The enemy terrorized peaceful Ukrainian cities and villages with suicide bombers and X-59 missiles. All targets were destroyed, including those over the Kirovograd region,” said the head of the OVA, Andrei Raikovich.
He added that previously there were no casualties or destruction of civilian infrastructure.
As previously reported by the General Staff, on the night of October 30, the enemy launched another air strike on Ukraine, using 12 attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. Air defense destroyed all 12 enemy suicide bombers.
