The operation ended and the “anti-terrorist” device put into practice by the Russian government in Belgorod, in the west, on the border with Ukraine, was finalized this Tuesday (23). The initiative – which came into force after an armed incursion launched from the neighboring country – lasted little more than 24 hours. The Kremlin expressed its “deep concern” over the most serious attack against Russia since the start of the invasion of Ukraine.
