At night, Russian air defense systems intercepted 21 Ukrainian drones over the regions of Crimea, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, and Tula, and were able to destroy them in the air, according to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The statement said: “Last night, an attempt was thwarted by the Kiev regime to carry out an attack using drones on targets within the territory of the Russian Federation.”
The statement indicated that “21 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed in the airspace, including 11 over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, 5 over Belgorod Province, 3 over Bryansk, one in the Kaluga airspace, and the same over Tula Province.”
Yesterday, Monday, the Russian Defense Forces announced that the Russian Air Defense Forces intercepted 3 Ukrainian missiles launched from “Uragan” launchers over the Belgorod region.
