Russian bombings force the evacuation of about 40 people from a hospital in Kharkiv

About 40 people have been evacuated this Wednesday night shortly before Two projectiles hit a hospital in the region of Jarkov, attack in which no victims have been recorded.

The governor of the Ukrainian province of Kharkiv, Oleg Sinegubov, has indicated through his Telegram channel that Russian troops “attacked the hospital with two anti-aircraft guns” at around 9:56 p.m. (local time). As a result of the attack, the façade and roof of the building have been damaged.

Sinegubov has specified that 38 people have been evacuatedfive of them employees of the facility. Four people have received first aid at the site of the attack. Those patients who need treatment have been transferred to other nearby hospitals.

Earlier, Kharkiv Police Chief Volodimir Timoshko indicated that emergency services and officers evacuated 33 patients, of whom two were bedridden.
