A Russian missile killed at least seven people and wounded 90 as it hit the center of the city of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine. Among the victims are several children. According to the Ukrainian president, who had arrived in Sweden, when the attack took place, a square, a polytechnic and a theater were hit.
