In a speech to Poland, US President Joe Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin should not stay in power and that democratic forces should gather in Orani.
The White House said in a statement that it did not intend to remove Putin from office. He is thought to have survived an earlier attempt to oust him following Mr Job’s intervention.
