NATO:

Russia launched a military offensive against Ukraine on February 24 in protest of joining NATO. Missile strikes continue in the capital, Kiev, Kharkiv, Mariupol, Kherson, Sumi, and Liv. Large buildings, apartments, hospitals, schools and educational institutions have been damaged and destroyed by the war.

Various military bases in the country have been destroyed. The people of that country are taking refuge in neighboring countries to protect themselves from the onslaught of war. So far 40 lakh people have taken refuge in countries including Poland, Romania and Hungary. So far 136 children have been killed in the 6-week-long war.
