Introducing Saya, a black tigress in the Kabani forest, and her mate Cleopatra, a spotted tigress. Pictures of these rare mates captured by wildlife photographer Mithun H are gaining a lot of fans on social media. Mithun shared these pictures on Instagram with the caption “Immortal Love”.
For the past four years, Saya and Cleopatra have been separated. Usually the male side of the spouses is at the forefront of everything, but this is not the case with them. Of these, Cleopatra is more dominant. This love couple is known as ‘The Eternal Couple’. Cleopatra has been in this forest since 2009. But Saya appeared in 2014. The two have been in love with each other for almost four years.

There is an interesting story behind their name. The name Saya means shadow in Hindi. Those who have seen this black tiger know that it moves like a shadow in this forest.
