In order to be eligible for this benefit, Taxpayers must submit their declaration on time and form, in addition to covering the first part in the same period of time. Other requirements necessary to obtain this benefit are:
- Pay installments no later than the last day of each month.
- Use the capture lines generated by the SAT when generating the declaration.
- Payments must be made at authorized institutions.
- Failure to pay on time will result in additional charges for non-timely payment.
- September will be the last month in which this partiality applies.
In the event that taxpayers have the possibility of settling their debt early, The SAT enabled “advance payment” so that people can settle their taxes before the month of September.
