Ahead of the Holy Easter celebration, the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority is carrying out control measures in egg production organizations and the sales market from March 20 to 29 inclusive, in order to assess the existing risks and exclude the supply of eggs of inappropriate quality.
The RA Food Safety Inspection Body has issued a message about this.
At the moment, the results of the inspections conducted in “Lusakert Elite” SP, “Arznu Tohmayi TTK” JSC, “Ashtarak Tso” JSC, “Combined Feed Factory” named after Vlad Hakobyan, and “Arax Poultry Factory” JSC are known, according to which there are no violations in the mentioned productions. found. Laboratory tests of the sampled eggs prove that they meet the requirements set by the law and technical regulations of the EAEU for table eggs.
The results of the observation carried out in two branches of the supermarket chain belonging to “NOR ZOVK” LLC are also known. In particular:
. 20 expired chicken eggs of Araks Poultry Factory were found in a store operating at 26/1, 4th district of Davtashen, Yerevan, the sale of which was suspended, the eggs were destroyed.
. 22.03.2024 belonging to individual entrepreneur Mher Avetisyan was found in the branch operating at 7/3 Davit Bek street in Yerevan. 11 boxes of quail eggs with defective production marking (20 pieces in each), the sale of which was suspended, the boxes were returned to the supplier with an instruction to correct the defective marking.
