Actor Scott Wolf celebrated his son Miller’s 13th birthday on Saturday, Nov. 22, with a moving Instagram post. The “Party of Five” star, 57, shared a carousel of family photos, including a touching snapshot of Miller with his mother, Kelley Wolf, amid their ongoing separation.

Kelley Wolf announced the split on June 10 via instagram, stating, “It is indeed with a heavy heart that scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage.” Shortly after, Scott Wolf released a statement to PEOPLE magazine, saying, “I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley. The situation escalated in the weeks following the proclamation. Eleven days later, Scott Wolf filed a restraining order against his wife.
Further legal troubles arose for Kelley Wolf on Aug. 26, when she was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors: one count of electronic communications harassment and two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying data. These charges stemmed from alleged confrontational social media posts where she reportedly “doxxed” friends and family members.
In September, multiple sources reported that Kelley Wolf was mandated to complete a minimum 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold by a court order. Despite these difficulties, Scott Wolf publicly acknowledged Kelley’s 49th birthday on Oct. 14 with an Instagram post featuring an older photo of her, simply writing, “Happy birthday to you.”
