The Supreme Court has directed the director of Ames Hospital to select doctors for the medical team to assist the Arumugasami Commission.
The Supreme Court has directed the AIIMS director to select doctors to assist the Arumugasami Commission investigating Jayalalithaa’s death. Following the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Apollo’s petition seeking an exemption from the trial, its details have been released. The apex court also allowed the commission to inquire into the management of the Apollo Hospital if it wished to question witnesses.
All the petitions related to the case filed by the then administration regarding the Arumugasami Commission have been closed. The Supreme Court has directed the director of AIIMS Hospital to recommend specialists in the field for which Jayalalithaa was treated.
