Senate advises on Federal Council initiative on the right of first refusal

Berlin – This Tuesday, the Berlin state government is discussing a Federal Council initiative aimed at strengthening the right of first refusal in milieu protection areas. The red-red-green Senate is reacting to a decision by the Federal Administrative Court that declared the previous exercise of the right of first refusal to be inadmissible two weeks ago.
