A Russian missile strike on a government building in Ukraine has killed at least seven people and injured 22 others.
The building was destroyed by a missile fired by Russian forces on a regional government building in the southern city of Mykolayiv.
Rescue workers carried out rescue operations from the rubble amid a blaze of smoke. Fearing a Russian invasion, large numbers of civilians fled Ukraine to neighboring countries.
