Singapore Airlines Introduces Luxury Sleepwear to Business Class

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is rolling out a major refresh to its in-flight amenities, marking a significant upgrade to passenger comfort and experience across all cabin classes. The new offerings, announced on October 14, 2026, will be progressively introduced on flights lasting more than six hours, with sleeper suits and luxury skincare products available on selected medium-haul and long-haul routes.

Business Class Gets Pyjamas for the First Time

For the first time, Business Class passengers will receive navy-blue poly-cotton sleeper suits, available in two sizes and paired with grey slippers. The airline cited demand for enhanced comfort on overnight and long-haul flights. These sleepwear items will be offered on all long-haul flights and selected medium-haul flights exceeding six hours. Straitstimes noted that this aligns with competitors like Emirates and Qatar Airways, which already provide pyjamas in Business Class.

The New Singapore Airlines Travel Experience: A New Comfort Awaits

Business Class amenity kits will feature products from Stockholm-based brand BYREDO, including Blanche Eau de Parfum, hand cream, and lip balm. This marks the first time SIA has included a fragrance spray in its Business Class kits. Live From A Lounge highlighted that the airline will be the first to offer BYREDO’s Blanche range, with additional products like body lotion and facial toner available in lavatories. The current Payot toiletries in Business Class will be replaced.

The Aviation Hub noted that the flight time threshold for amenity kits has dropped from seven hours to six hours, benefiting routes like Singapore to Tokyo Haneda.

First and Suites Classes Get Luxury Skincare

SISLEY, the French luxury cosmetics brand, has replaced Lalique as the provider of amenity kits for First Class and Suites. The kits include separate men’s and women’s products, such as anti-aging creams, eye and lip contour creams, and fragrances like L’Eau Rêvée d’Eliya. Aviation A2Z reported that SISLEY’s Eau de Campagne fragrance and moisturizing body lotion will also be available in lavatories, alongside dental kits and mouthwash.

First and Suites passengers will also receive 100% cotton sleeper suits in dark grey, designed for breathability and comfort. These will be paired with coral fleece slippers and eyeshades. Great Deals Singapore noted that the sleepwear features a subtle batik motif, reflecting SIA’s branding. SISLEY products will also be available in The Private Room and SilverKris First Class Lounges at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) Terminals 2 and 3, as well as in lavatories.

The SISLEY partnership represents a significant step up from previous Lalique kits, which were introduced in November 2017.

Young Travelers Receive Toy Story-Themed Amenities

Young travelers will benefit from Toy Story-themed amenities, including bibs for infants, drawstring bags for children aged three to six, and activity notepads for older kids. AsiaOne reported that children in Suites, First Class, and Business Class will also receive a new, plusher version of the collectible Beary soft toy on flights exceeding five hours.

The new Beary toy is larger, plusher, and softer to the touch compared to its predecessor.

Cabin Upgrades Include Redesigned Pouches and Business Class

Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers will receive redesigned amenity pouches featuring SIA’s batik motif. The Aviation Hub reported that Economy passengers will get a collectible drawstring pouch containing eyeshades, socks, and a dental kit.

The rollout is part of SIA’s broader plan to enhance its end-to-end travel experience, which includes next-generation cabin products, a new KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, and high-speed internet. The full package will be unveiled in Singapore in November 2026. The new Business Class is due on the first refitted A350 Long Haul in Q1 2027, while the new First Class on A350 ULRs has no committed date. The Boeing 777-9, with its new products, is expected to deliver in 2027.
