jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) has begun issuing and distributing decrees (SK) for the appointment of civil servant candidates (CPNS) for lecturers for the 2023 selection. The distribution of the SK for CPNS lecturers for the 2023 selection will be carried out in stages until the end of July 2024.

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology continues to coordinate with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) to accelerate the process of issuing the Decree, the distribution of which will take place until the end of July 2024.

Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Suharti, said that as many as 8,281 CPNS SKs out of a total of 9,033 have been signed, and as of today have been sent to each PTN (State Universities).

Meanwhile, 684 names are in the process of technical approval improvements that are being processed together with BKN. In addition, there are 63 participants who have withdrawn, 21 have no replacements and 42 are still waiting for the results of BKN data processing,” said Suharti in a release broadcast by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in Jakarta on Thursday (18/7) night.

He also added that his party will always prioritize accountability and caution, so that currently most of the proposed documents have been verified and approved for the SK issuance process.

Furthermore, Suharti reminded the heads of PTN to immediately convey the CPNS appointment decree that had been received to the lecturer concerned.

Previously on Wednesday (17/7/2024), comedian Kiky Saputri conveyed her aspirations to the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Nadiem Makarim regarding the fate of CPNS lecturers through a tweet on her personal account on platform X.

The comedian did this after being asked for help by one of the representatives of the 2023 CPNS lecturers to bridge the gap with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology regarding the problem of approximately 10 thousand CPNS lecturers selected in 2023 who have not yet received their appointment decree.
