Petersburg SKA lost to Jokerit in the KHL regular championship match. The meeting on the fields of the Finnish team ended with a score of 5: 4 in favor of the hosts.

The first goal was scored by the hosts – already in the 53rd second of the match, it was scored by Niklas Jensen. At the end of the first period, Canadian Mat Robinson, who plays for SKA, struck back.

In the second period, the Finns seized the initiative again – Tema Turunen drove the puck in the 24th minute of the match. The guests from St. Petersburg responded swiftly at the same minute – the goal was scored by Joonas Kemppainen. But by the 30th minute, the hosts again bypassed the guests – the blow was designed by Philip Holm. At the end of the second period, SKA leveled the score through the efforts of Igor Ozhiganov.

In the third period, Andrei Kuzmenko made a throw, but Jordan Schroeder did not let him snatch the victory, who scored the fourth goal in the 59th minute of the game.

In overtime, the Finns scored the decisive goal – it was scored by David Sklenichka. The match ended with a score of 5: 4 in favor of the hosts.
