DIG/ On the occasion of the official ceremony held on December 1, 2023 at the Boulevard d’Owendo hotel, Sobraga decorated 72 of its agents with a total of 10 to 30 years of experience with labor medals.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the Minister of Labor, Solange Nguiakié.
In detail, 59 employees were decorated with the bronze medal, rewarding 10 years of good and loyal service. Their commitment to their respective functions was praised by the General Director of Sobraga, Fabrice Bonatti, who in his speech for the occasion highlighted their contribution to the development of the company, as well as “the creation of a culture of excellence and family spirit”.
10 agents were decorated with the silver medal crowning 20 years of service in Sobraga.
« 20 years marks a period of transformation and continued success for our company. You embody the perseverance and expertise that has propelled Sobraga to new heights » underlined Fabrice Bonatti.
Finally, 2 gold medals were awarded, celebrating 30 years of seniority, to the “real leaders” of the company.
