The games are open again! The sensational hit “Squid Game” is back on Netflix, and the steaming service has been broadcasting a reality show version of the celebrated drama series from South Korea since November. As in the template, 456 candidates are playing for a huge pile of money.

But the reality release is under massive criticism. There is talk of inhumane conditions at the games and even life-threatening conditions! Some participants now even want to sue Netflix – for, among other things, serious injuries!

But was the “real Squid Game” really THAT bad?
