During the customs control carried out at the Bagratashen branch of the Eastern Customs Department of the State Revenue Committee, “WILDBERRIES” SP company found cases of violation of customs rules related to under-declaration of goods during import and over-declaration of goods during export.
In particular, the studies showed that the actual weight of the goods was incorrectly declared in the two transit declarations made by the company during the imports carried out in August. In particular, in one case, the weight stated in the cargo documents was shown to be less than the actual weight of the cargo by about 2 tons, and in another case, by about 2.6 tons. Due to the above, the formalized cargoes were sent to the customs warehouse in order to carry out further control works.
In addition, the same company committed violations of customs rules during exports. Thus, the data (weight, price) of the exported goods with the transit declaration formulated by the company in July did not correspond to the data of the imported goods with the documents attached to the transit declaration. In other words, it was found out from the documentary control of the goods formulated in the transit declaration that the total value of the goods that were previously imported and then re-exported is about 7 to 8 times higher than the real value.
Regarding the fact, a protocol was drawn up regarding the violation of customs rules, in accordance with Article 316 of the RA Law “On Customs Regulation”.
