Among the companies and mutual funds that participated in trading on the country’s main capital market Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) during the outgoing week (March 3 to 7), Sunlife Insurance Limited’s share price rose the most.

The company’s shares topped DSE’s weekly gainer chart on strong investor interest. This information is known from the weekly review of DSE.

According to the data, the closing price of Fine Foods shares was Rs 49.40 during the last trading day of the previous week. And the closing price of the company’s shares stood at Tk 58.30 after the last working day of the outgoing week. That is, the unit price of the fund has decreased by 8.9 rupees or 18.02 percent during the week. With this, the company’s shares have topped the list of weekly gainers on DSE.

Other top gainers on the DSE weekly were GQ Ballpen 16.32 percent, Golden Son 15.76 percent, Fine Foods 13.14 percent, Fu-Wang Ceramics 10.07 percent, Aftab Automobiles 7.63 percent, Paramount Insurance 6.78 percent, Beacon Pharmaceuticals 5.25 percent, IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond 5.07 percent and Al-Hajj Textile Mills 3.97 percent.
