**European Court Rules in Favor of Establishment of Super League**

After the European Court of the European Union ruled that there is no legal obstacle to establishing the Super League, a new development has emerged in the ongoing battle between UEFA and FIFA against the breakaway league.

Following the court’s ruling, several large football clubs released official statements announcing that they have decided to postpone the establishment of the Super League and will not be leaving the existing European leagues.

Brand Reichert, the CEO of the Super League, spoke in an interview with Spanish media outlet ‘EL Partidazo’ about the situation, revealing that there are clubs that initially rejected the Super League idea but later turned to him, expressing their interest in joining. “Today’s football is neither in love nor loyal to the end. Some of the clubs that said ‘no’ called me to explain themselves and said – ‘We say no, but we are here,'” Reichert stated.

In response to critics who accuse the Super League of being financially backed by Saudi money, Reichert clarified that the league plans to offer the best soccer in the world for free, primarily funded by advertising and with the possibility of a premium subscription for dedicated fans. “The idea is that it will be free, always. What it might be is a premium subscription for the crazy fan,” Reichert confirmed.

The CEO also dismissed the notion that the Super League was engaging in negotiations to secure club agreements, stating, “We are not here to create walls. This is to unite, not to divide.”

Reichert criticized UEFA, calling it “the judge, the prosecutor, the police, and the commercial monopoly” and emphasized that the goal of the Super League is to allow clubs to manage their competition, much like in other competitions.

As the battle for the future of European football continues, the Super League’s CEO appears determined to press forward despite facing significant opposition from both governing bodies and some of the world’s biggest football clubs.
