What would you call a German member of parliament who worked for the release of a Nazi murderer of Jews from prison, and after he died in prison went to comfort his family? If you chose the word “Nazi” – you were probably not wrong. What would you call an Israeli citizen, movement or party working for the release of a terrorist from prison, with blood on his hands, who sadistically murdered his victim just because he was Jewish, who upon his death chose to come to his house and express their sorrow for his departure and their identification with his family, at the very least? If you chose the answer “supporters of terror” – you may have chosen the right answer, even if it is partial and as refined as it is.

There were and still are supporters of terrorism among the members of the Knesset and citizens of Israel, apparently. Those who chose of their own free will to mourn or comfort the family of the terrorist and near Deka, for example, the abominable and sadistic killer of IDF soldier Moshe Tamm the 14th. Israeli citizens, and even more so party leaders and Arab and Jewish MKs, who chose to help, sympathize with, and support terrorists and their families, as has been done for years and not only with the damned terrorist Walid Deka, but also with murderers worse than him, such as the well-known terrorist Marwan Barghouti who was sentenced to five life sentences Add up to five acts of murder – they are no longer fit to serve in state positions in particular and public mission in general, in any official Israeli institution, certainly not in the Israeli Knesset, not even for one more minute.

At a time when the State of Israel is at war with the Arab-ISIS-Nazi enemy, Shulid Deka is one of them, it is necessary to re-examine the amendment to the Penal Code in the State of Israel so that it will allow the removal of the immunity of members of the Knesset and the prosecution of citizens and as citizens on charges of supporting terrorists and terrorist organizations.

What does the law allow?
On July 7, 2000, at the end of the Arab riots (“the second intifada”), MK Haim Druckman zt’al brought up the “Bill on the Immunity of Members of the Knesset, Their Rights and Duties (Amendment – Expression of Support for the Enemy), 2000” . According to which at the end of section 1(a) the following suffix will be added: “Provided that the expression of an opinion or an act that he did does not constitute support for the enemy or a terrorist organization as defined in the Penal Law, 1977-1977”. The proposed amendment aims to prevent a situation in which the immunity of a member of the Knesset also applies in a situation where he expressed support or identification with an enemy or a terrorist organization that maintains a state of war with the State of Israel and whose goals are aimed at eradication, harming its security or its residents.

Sounds “reasonable” and apparently logical, but to most of the bewilderment, this bill was not accepted at the time. At the 160th session of the 15th Knesset chaired by MK Miki Levy, held on the symbolic date of November 29, 2000, MK Druckman said: “…to prevent the possibility of using the immunity law in cases like these. This is a cynical exploitation of the immunity law. It is unthinkable that the Immunity Law is intended to allow members of the Knesset to support an enemy of the State of Israel or identify with it.” He added and said later in the debate: It is not possible for members of the Knesset to use their immunity to harm the country in which they serve as members of the Knesset. In order to close this terrible loophole, this amendment that I am proposing to the Law on the Immunity of Knesset Members, their Rights and Obligations is coming.”

In response to MK Druckman’s proposal, MK Hashem Mahamid from the United Arab List commented at the time and said: “… this goes against any democratic procedure, because there is a matter of definition here. I wrote down – about what? About an opinion? About support? What is support About an enemy, who is an enemy? About an organization, what is an organization? About terrorists, Who are the terrorists? Is everyone who works for the liberation of his people a terrorist? Is the National Liberation Organization a terrorist organization? There is a matter of definitions here, and the Knesset must not stick its nose into such matters.”

The chairman of the committee, MK Levy, urged the participants to finish the discussion and the results of the vote: 30 in favor of Druckman’s proposal, 41 opposed and one abstained, heralding the fall of the proposal. What remains in the Knesset Members’ Immunity Law is section (4) “Support for an armed struggle of an enemy state or acts of terrorism against the State of Israel or against Jews or Arabs for being Jews or Arabs, in Israel or abroad”, which is sometimes interpreted as practical support and not necessarily in other forms of expression , “softer” apparently, as speech, visit and gesture.

But amendment number 29 to the law passed in 2002 teaches us that in the law on the immunity of members of the Knesset, section A1 was added according to which: “For the avoidance of doubt, an act including statements, which are not random, by a member of the Knesset that contain other than these, are not considered, for the purposes of this section, As an expression of opinion or as an act done in the fulfillment of his duties or for the fulfillment of his duty as a member of the Knesset:… (4) Support for an armed struggle of an enemy state or acts of terrorism against the State of Israel or against Jews or Arabs for being Jews or Arabs, in Israel or abroad.” Bottom line- There is now a clause that allows the immunity of a member of the Knesset to be removed and put on trial as an ordinary citizen.

So what else needs to be done?

The Zionist citizens of the country should demand that the members of the Israeli Knesset who represent them take action to remove the immunity and prosecution of members of the Knesset who express support and identification with terrorists occupying Israel, whether the terrorists are imprisoned or free, dead or alive for the time being. This will only be possible if those members of Knesset elect to take advantage of the lenient interpretation of the Israeli legal system and go to war under its auspices, or do as former MK Azmi Bashara did, the Hezbollah spy, who fled to a place where the rest of his members following his actions should join – the Arabian Peninsula.

MKs who support terrorism should compete for a seat in prison or on a plane that will fly them from the Knesset of Israel to the democratic, liberal and pluralist parliament in Qatar, Jordan, Iran or Yemen. In no case is there a proper reason for bringing them into the Knesset and assigning them a seat in the plenum, after apparently swearing allegiance, but it is not clear to whom exactly or why.

Whether it is members of the Balad, Ta’al, Ra’am of the Muslim Brotherhood or the Joint List parties – all those who chose to express sorrow for the death of a despicable terrorist, go to console Nasrallah for Hezbollah’s losses in Lebanon and stay there in the Mholah, or face For a place in the parliament of the butcher from Damascus, the tyrant from Tehran or the Houthis in Yemen, as long as they align with the government there and express loyalty to the devil.

to finish

The State of Israel is still paying salaries from the tax payer’s money to supporters of terrorism, giving them a platform, expensive and respectable for some reason. So, at the same time as demanding that the Palestinian Authority carry out “reform” or at the very least stop the practice of paying salaries to terrorists and the families of “martyrs”, it is appropriate that official institutions, led by the Knesset of Israel, throw up from among them supporters of terrorism and transfer their money to the rehabilitation of the victims of the hostilities and to increase security because of their likeness and the objects of their admiration, for all the residents of the country .
