The project is carried out in collaboration with the managements of the government hospitals: Barzilai – Ashkelon, Ichilov – Tel Aviv, Shamir (Asaf Harofeh) – Beer Ya’akov, Sheba – Tel Hashomer, Wolfson – Holon, Galil – Nahariya, Ziv – Safed, Furia – Tiberias, Ramb” M – Haifa.
The spacious Sukkots will be available to visitors and will be open from the evening of the holiday until the end of Simchat Torah. For the comfort of the visitors, there will be lighting, tables and chairs in the pavilions.
The Ministry of Religious Services states that the initiative allows the sick and visiting public to observe the mitzvot of the Sukkot and enjoy the Sukkot holiday as it should.
Gal Shem-Tov, CEO of the Ministry of Religious Services, thanked Porat Tzuri, Head of the Property and Logistics Division, and Yaakov Cohen, Director of Events and Conferences at the Ministry of Religious Services, and added: “As part of the ministry’s trend to improve service to citizens, this project was established, which connects and makes services in the fields of religion accessible to the general public .
