Four members of the same family attempted suicide in Chennai yesterday. While Ramkumar and his mother Meenakshi are undergoing treatment in the hospital in a critical condition, his sister Chandanamari and sister’s daughter Shanmukapriya both died due to poisoning. In this regard, police investigation revealed that she attempted suicide due to a debt of more than 10 lakh rupees.
