Tax fair will sell gasoline for R$ 3.79 this Saturday – Capital

Next Saturday (27), the ACICG (Council of Young Entrepreneurs of the Commercial and Industrial Association of Campo Grande) will hold the long-awaited Fair without Tax in the capital of Mato Grosso do Sul. The event aims to make the population aware of the high tax burden faced in the country.

The main attraction of the fair will be the sale of 10,000 liters of gasoline without taxation of taxes. The Taurus Post, located at Avenida Costa e Silva, 831, in Vila Progresso, will be the sales point. As of 7 am, at least 350 vouchers will be distributed for the purchase of fuel, with a limit of R$ 100.00 per consumer. The price of a liter of gasoline during the event will be R$3,799.

According to the organization of the fair, payment must be made exclusively in cash and that transport of fuel in containers will not be allowed. Supply will only take place on site. To participate in the distribution of tickets, vehicles must position themselves in a single line, which will start at Via Costa e Silva and will extend towards Avenida Fábio Zahran, as directed by Agetran (Municipal Transport and Traffic Agency).

According to the president of the CJE (Council of Young Entrepreneurs) of the ACICG, Willyan Francescon, the Feirão Sem Imposto is an initiative that aims to make the population aware of the tax burden in Brazil and how it directly affects the consumer. “Through exemption from taxes on various products, we want to demonstrate to consumers the weight of the high taxes paid in the country. In this action, for example, the consumer can perceive the difference of R$ 1 cheaper in relation to the full price (R$ 4.79) marketed at the pump”.

Data from the Impostômetro indicate that Brazilians have already disbursed more than R$ 1.275 trillion in taxes for the public coffers in the first five months of this year. In the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, the total collection of federal, state and municipal taxes reached the mark of R$ 1.36 billion.

Business – In addition to the reduction in the price of gasoline, this Saturday’s Tax Fair will also feature actions at Pátio Central Shopping. Around 15 establishments in the clothing, make-up, jewelry, glasses, cell phone accessories, books, among others sectors, will participate in the action with the sale of products without taxation of taxes.

The parking lot will also have a single price on that day: R$ 7 for cars and R$ 4 for motorcycles. Pátio Central Shopping is open from 8 am to 8 pm and is located at Rua Marechal Rondon, 1380 – Centro.
