Telecom companies have increased the number of vacancies and increased salaries

Russian television companies opened more than 68,000 vacancies in the first half of 2023, which is 16.24% more than in January–June 2021, and 20.51% more than in the same period of 2022, follows from joint analysis of vacancies of the recruiting service hh.ru and the telecom provider Telfin. The study is available to Vedomosti. The increase in the number of vacancies was also confirmed by representatives of the operators Beeline and Tele2.

The analysis was carried out on the database of the hh.ru platform from 2021 to June 2023 inclusive. In total, more than 313,000 vacancies in telecom were analyzed.
