It became known about the new defeat of the Russian military near Bakhmut, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine encircled the 83rd Airborne Assault Brigade from Yakutia, which lost 30% of its personnel in just three days of fighting.

The said brigade of the RF Armed Forces was earlier transferred to Klescheevka from the Zaporozhye region, where it fell under the distribution of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from July 2 to 5.
It became known that, with heavy losses, the Yakut unit was able to get out of the encirclement, however, without giving them a break, they were ordered to return to their positions again. As a result, in just three days of fighting, the assault brigade from Yakutia lost 30% of its personnel.
The number of the brigade is about 3,000 people, so about a thousand soldiers were killed in three days near Bakhmut.
Previously, those mobilized from the 83rd Airborne Battalion had already recorded a video in which they complained that they had been deceived into being sent to the front line.
The leader of the Azov Regiment, Andrey Biletsky, published on his Telegram channel footage of 10 Russian military men they captured during the assault on one of the strongholds near Bakhmut.
Recall that the units of the Ukrainian army over the past few days have kept Bakhmut and its environs under fire control, shooting the invaders from the occupied heights.
