Kottayam: A young man fell off his bike and into a ravine after colliding with the bridge. Arvind TC, son of Deepu and Sandhya, Thekkumkunnel Thekkumkunnel, Manarkad Kavumpady. (22) is dead. He was a driver in a private company.
The accident took place on the bridge near Malam junction in Kottayam around 12 pm on Saturday. The bike hit the bridge and the young man lost control and fell into a ravine. Those who went this way at night saw the vehicle overturned but did not know that there was a person in the ravine.
On Sunday morning, when he inspected the bike lying under the bridge, he found Arvind lying about 10 feet below the ravine. Later, the fire brigade reached from Pampady and recovered the body.
