The VII of France men was dominated by Ireland (24-7), Sunday, in the semi-final, Saturday, of the stage of Toulouse of the world circuit.
The Blues will play the small final against Samoa later today.

In the women’s draw, the women’s VII of France, victorious over Brazil (36-7) on Sunday morning, can hope to finish 5th in the Toulouse stage provided they beat Canada in the last classification match scheduled for the post- noon.
At home, the French women’s team had started this 6th and last stage of the women’s circuit ideally with a full card in the pool: three matches and as many victories in front of Ireland (12-5) on Saturday, after having dismissed without flinching the Brazil (24-7) then England (33-7) the day before.
But the Blues fell on a bone in the quarter, falling against Fiji (24-12), who surprised them with four tries in the first ten minutes. They then caught up on Sunday by dominating Brazil (36-7) before facing the Canadians, therefore, for 5th place.
