BOLZANO. Against people deemed dangerous to public order and safety, the police commissioner of the Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori issued three expulsion decrees, two of which with transfer to the CPR, and 9 personal prevention measures. It is a 19 year old citizen, whose residence permit for minors has expired one year ago. The young man, with a history of theft and robbery, was checked along the Isarco cycle path. He was transferred to the Gradisca CPR.
Two Iraqi citizenswho were also caught in our Province without any right to remain in Italy, were expelled with as many Orders of removal from the national territory. · Against 5 citizens of different nationalities (Nigeria, Senegal, Gambia) with criminal and police records, the same number were issued “Daspo Urbani” administrative measures that prohibit access to and parking in Parco Cappuccini, Piazza Verdi, Piazza and viale della Stazione, park della Stazione, via Garibaldi, via Alto Adige, via Perathoner. Lastly, the Police Commissioner issued 2 warnings and an oral warning (personal prevention measures both provided for by the code of anti-mafia laws) towards as many individuals – one resident in Bolzano and two others in other provinces – burdened by criminal records and /or Police for crimes against the person, against property and relating to drugs.
