At its session today, September 14, the government made a decision to expropriate state property. It is about the buildings with the areas of 3292.3 and 853.6 square meters, located at 60 and 60/2 of Mamikonyants Street in Yerevan, as well as the plots of land with areas of 0.212944 and 0.164453 hectares separated for their use and maintenance.
The mentioned property is provided with the right of free use to “Yerevan M. “Heratsi State Medical University” foundation, from which a part of the property was later separated and registered at 60/2 Mamikonyants Street in Yerevan and currently exists as two separate property units, the property has not been used for many years and is in a dilapidated state.
The starting price of the property to be sold by auction was set at 100 percent of the estimated market value of the real estate: 1,847,300,000 AMD.
The advance payment for participation in the auction was set at the amount of 5 percent of the starting price of the property: AMD 92,365,000, which for the winning participant of the auction is considered part of the sale price of the property and is not subject to return in case the buyer refuses to make further payments and is transferred to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
The buyer is also obliged to pay the amount charged for the determination of the Property’s value: AMD 1,387,379.46.
