The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published this Tuesday the distribution to the autonomous communities of funds belonging to six territorial cooperation programs in education, for a value of 571 million euros.
These are various programs aimed at support, inclusion and educational accompaniment, aid for the acquisition of textbooks, learning robotics and computer programming and emotional well-being, as detailed by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training in a statement.
Specifically, the autonomous communities will receive 173 million euros for actions to support students with difficulties and their families, of which 118 million correspond to the PROA+ program and 55 million to the Accompaniment Units.
To these two programs, in which Education has invested nearly 500 million euros since 2021, is added the Inclusive Education program, endowed with 36 million, which is aimed at improving care for students with specific educational support needs.
In this line, a game of five million euros will be distributed to the autonomous communities for the promotion of the emotional well-being of the educational community.
In addition, the BOE has also published the agreement for the distribution of 298.4 million euros corresponding to the School Code 4.0 Program, funds that will allow 5.5 million students in the second cycle of Infant, Primary Education and Secondary Education, from centers public and concerted, learn robotics, programming and new technologies.
On the other hand, the bulletin includes the Territorial Cooperation Program for the financing of textbooks and teaching materials, endowed with 58.5 million euros, to help the families of students in centers supported with public funds to face these expenses.
