He Higher Sports Council (CSD) has formulated a reasoned petition to the Administrative Court of Sports (TAD) for a possible violation of the Sports Law and the Royal Decree on Sports Discipline by the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubialesinfractions that he considers very serious and that make possible a precautionary suspension of the leader.
The CSD considers that articles 76.1.a of the Sports Law and 14.h of Royal Decree 1591/1992 have been violated, which refer, respectively, to the abuse of authority and to notorious and public acts that violate sporting dignity or decorum. Both infractions are considered “very serious”, which makes it possible to adopt a precautionary and provisional suspension measure for Luis Rubiales as president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation as a result of his unacceptable behavior during the final of the Women’s World Football Championship. , reported the CSD this Saturday.

In response to both infractions, considered very serious, the Higher Sports Council has submitted to the Administrative Court of Sport a reasoned petition against the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, he added.
