Moshe Damayo, together with other businessmen, reached final understandings with Barak Abramov regarding the purchase of Bnei Yehuda. After negotiations that knew ups and downs, all the details between the parties were agreed upon and now the agreement has been approved by lawyers.
Damayo, who was the CEO of Bnei Yehuda for years, headed the club before transferring the management rights to Abramov in May 2015, and tomorrow is supposed to complete the comeback. The parties received permission from the Rabbi to officially sign tomorrow, despite the period between the Egyptians.
This move will have to go through all the approvals of the association and the committee for the transfer of rights, after which Abramov will be able to vacate to complete the Beitar Jerusalem deal with Moshe Hogg.
It should be noted that Abramov did not condition the sale of Bnei Yehuda on the purchase of Beitar Jerusalem and knows that all Beitar matters may be dragged out until the deadline given to the club on August 10. However, the sale of the Oranges and the transfer of the management rights will constitute further progress on the way to the goal, which is the purchase of Beitar Jerusalem.
