Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian Cabinet revealed the truth about what was circulated about the emergence of a new, deadly and highly dangerous mutant of Corona whose symptoms are difficult to detect.
The Cabinet Media Center issued a statement in which it said: “In communication with the Ministry of Health, it denied these reports, confirming that there is no truth to the emergence of a new mutant, adding that the publication circulating is fake and not issued by the Ministry.”
He pointed out that the Ministry stressed that the epidemiological situation of the virus in Egypt is safe and stable, and that no new variants have been detected other than the “JN.1” variant.
