Chevrolet reported that the Camaro was discontinued after 9 years of production at the Michigan plant in the United States. Officially, the model will cease to be produced in 2024, but before that it will gain a special closing version. In place of the famous muscle car, the automaker will sell an electric model.
The Chevrolet Camaro Collector’s Edition has already been teased and should be inspired by the first generations of the sports car launched in 1960. In place of the famous yellow, the latest edition of the model will be orange. However, the brand did not disclose the sports engine.
Regarding the 100% electric successor, the electrified sports car has not yet had data or images released, but should arrive in the United States in the coming years. There is no information if this model will be sold in Brazil, as was the Chevrolet Camaro.
