In order to change the method of pension delivery or bank card details, it is not necessary to visit the branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (PFR). The FIU specialists recalled how to do this remotely on their official page in the social network Facebook.
It is noted that it is possible to change bank details for receiving a pension through the website of state services. At the same time, the fund clarified that for this the pensioner must have a confirmed account on the portal. If it is absent, you can submit an application in your personal account on the PFR website in the section “On the delivery of pension”.
As previously reported, in order to choose the method of pension delivery for the first time, you can also submit an application on the PFR website or through the public services portal. In the electronic application, the applicant’s data is filled in automatically.
One of the most common ways is to receive a pension on a Mir card. If you select “Russian Post”, you must additionally indicate the number of the post office at the place of residence and choose the method of delivery – at home or at the checkout of the post office.
