Khali says his favorite food is protein-rich eggs and fish. Khali eats 60-70 eggs daily. Eat only egg whites. Egg yolks are high in cholesterol, so they are often avoided.

In addition to eggs, two liters of milk is consumed daily. Khali’s other favorite dishes are chicken, rice and nuts. Khali says that there are no shortcuts to fitness and it takes time and effort to get a good body.

Dr. Rohini Patil, a nutritionist and founder of Nutrition Lifestyle, described the egg as a ‘super food’. Egg whites are low in fat. It contains 6 grams of protein and 55 milligrams of sodium. It is low in calories. So it is better to include eggs in the diet. On the other hand, yolk contains vitamin A, fat and cholesterol. Eating more yolk will increase the cholesterol level in the body.
