The Head of State and the Ministers of Public Works and Hydraulic Resources take stock of priority projects

Libreville, October 13, 2023 – General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, President of the Transition, Head of State received today at the Palais Rénovation a delegation of business leaders introduced to the Presidential Cabinet by the Ministers of Public Works and Hydraulic resources.
These business leaders were required to make a presentation to the President of the Transition on the road infrastructure currently being built and on the drinking water needs in Greater Libreville and its surroundings.
During the discussions, the point on the State’s debt to these structures and the cessation of certain projects were discussed. Both parties proposed solutions allowing the restart of all construction sites as quickly as possible.
Reaffirming his ambition to restore the dignity of individuals and improve their living conditions, the Head of State instructed the two members of the government to accelerate the resumption of priority works in the best interests of the populations.
