Dov Bahrav was unanimously elected chairman of the Israel Electric Corporation, the company’s board of directors decided at a recent yeshiva.

The rabbi will take up his position as chairman of the board as soon as the ministers sign the appointment, and until then he will serve as a director. Today (Wednesday), the rabbi will already take an active part as chairman of the search committee set up to search for a new CEO for the company. The scope of the position in which he will be employed by the rabbi will be summarized in a discussion with the Companies Authority.
In his most recent position, Rabbi served as chairman of Gilat Levinim, between the years 2014-2021. Between 2011-2013, he headed the board of directors of IAI, and from 2002-2010, he served as CEO of Amdocs.
