And the citizen said in a video clip: This is my experience with frozen bread, after I tried to freeze toast, but I wanted to experiment with regular white bread.
And he continued: I analyzed the blood sugar, it was 116, and I brought white bread after it was frozen.
He added: I heated the frozen bread, ate two loaves of it, and after two hours had passed, I analyzed the sugar again.
And he went on: The blood sugar level appeared to be 146, and the actual blood sugar level differed when eating frozen and non-frozen white bread.
