Sitamarhi: Stories of brutality keep coming to light from different districts of Bihar. Meanwhile, such an incident has come to light from Sitamarhi district of Bihar, which is shocking everyone. A video footage of this incident has surfaced, seeing which even those with a stone heart will get goosebumps. Actually, a case of heart-wrenching beating of a mentally retarded youth has come to light. It is seen in the video footage that a young man is being beaten with sticks by about half a dozen youth.

It is reported that the mentally retarded youth was tied with a rope and beaten brutally. The brutes not only beat him but also burnt his face. This incident took place in Chandi Rajwada village of Bela police station area of the district. It is reported that the mentally retarded youth had gone to ask for money for food. Just because of this simple thing, what happened to the young man concerned that he started beating the mentally retarded young man. Not only this, he also called his friends and started beating him. Then everyone picked up the young man from the spot and took him to another place and started beating him there too.
Fired with hot bike silencer
Along with beating, the mentally retarded youth was also burnt with the hot silencer of the bike and left half dead in the village. The family has admitted him to Sadar Hospital, where he is fighting for his life. Someone made a video of this entire incident and made it viral on social media. The youth suffering from mental retardation is Riyaz Ahmed alias Gulesh, brother of Shakeel Ahmed of Chandi Rajwada village. An FIR has been lodged in Bela police station by the brother of the victim youth in connection with the incident. The police took immediate action and arrested one accused Muzaffar and sent him to judicial custody.
FIR has been filed against these criminals
Among the criminals against whom FIR has been lodged, ten youths including Bablu Kumar, son of Gonu Ram of Bhiswa Bazar, Rezaullah, Bakrullah, Rashid, Zafar and Jalal have been accused. One accused has been arrested, while the others are absconding. According to the FIR, there was a dispute over some issue in the past between the victim youth and Riyaz and the accused Bablu Kumar. This incident has been done to Riyaz in retaliation for the same incident.
